The short version: The delivery checker sends your address to the U.S. Census Bureau to estimate its location. It calculates eligibility in your browser. It does not create an order, book a pickup or add your address to a Parkway customer database. You can call us instead of using the checker.
What you enter in the delivery checker
We ask for a street address, city, state, ZIP code and estimated number of qualifying pieces. Please enter only the street address needed to check your location. Do not enter names, payment details, access codes or other sensitive information in the address fields. An apartment or unit number is not needed for this preliminary check.
How the address lookup works
When you select “Check Free Delivery,” your browser sends the entered address to the U.S. Census Bureau’s geocoding service over HTTPS. That service returns matching addresses and estimated coordinates. You select the correct match, and the website calculates the straight-line distance from our store. Your piece count is used locally in your browser and is not included in the Census lookup request.
Addresses and results are held temporarily by the page so you can see your result. Parkway’s checker does not write them to a customer database, browser local storage or browser session storage. It does not send a pickup notification to Parkway. Your browser may retain form values or network information according to its own settings. Clearing or closing the page does not delete information already received by an external provider.
External providers may process technical information, such as an IP address, browser details and request logs, under their own policies. We do not control those providers’ retention practices. Read the Census Bureau Online Privacy Policy.
Maps and external website resources
The service-area map uses OpenStreetMap map tiles and the Leaflet mapping library delivered through UNPKG. Loading these resources creates requests to those providers. Map requests may reveal the map area being viewed and technical information such as your IP address. The map can change to show the area around the address you check; we do not send your typed street address or piece count to the map-tile provider.
See the OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy. The website’s hosting infrastructure may also process routine access and security logs. This notice does not promise that external services collect no information.
No automatic pickup booking
An eligibility result is an estimate, not a confirmed booking. Free pickup and delivery requires an address within a five-mile radius and at least 10 qualifying pieces; small accessories such as ties and scarves do not count. Call Parkway to confirm scheduling, the final qualifying piece count and any delivery charge.
When you call or email us
If you choose to contact Parkway, we receive the information you provide and use it to answer your inquiry and arrange or manage the service you request. Email is handled through our Google Workspace mailbox. Do not email card numbers, passwords or building access codes. Contact us if you have a question about information you have provided.
Analytics, cookies and external links
We have not added advertising trackers or a visitor analytics tool to this version of the website. The delivery checker does not set its own cookies or request your device’s GPS location. Hosting, sign-in and third-party services may use their own technical logs or cookies. Links to Google Maps, reviews, Instagram and Facebook take you to external services governed by their own policies.
Your choices
You can browse our services and gallery without entering an address. If you prefer not to send an address through the online checker, call 732-680-0100 to discuss delivery eligibility. Use your browser’s settings to manage autofill and stored browsing information.
